Copper Foil Self-Adhesive Single-Sided Tape: High Thermal Conductivity Nano Technology with EMI Shielding
Copper Foil Self-Adhesive Single-Sided Tape is a composite protective material designed for high-end electronics. It uses highly thermally conductive copper as the base, with a nano-carbon surface layer that forms a thin-film nano copper foil whose heat dissipation is significantly better than conventional graphite sheets. Combining high thermal conductivity, EMI shielding, excellent flexibility and temperature resistance, it is an ideal choice for thermal management in precision electronic equipment.
Why Choose Lixing Composite Materials Copper Foil Self-Adhesive Tape?
Ultra-High Thermal Conductivity: The composite layer reaches a thermal conductivity of 600~800 W/m·K, rapidly spreading heat away from hot spots; designed for smartphones and tablets.
Excellent Dimensional Stability: Good mechanical strength gives outstanding performance in die-cutting and lamination, improving process efficiency.
Strong Adhesion: High-quality acrylic adhesive provides excellent, durable adhesion to stainless steel, aluminum and many other surfaces.
Multiple Protective Functions: Provides thermal conduction, EMI shielding and UV resistance in a single tape.

Instructions for Use and Shelf Life
Surface Preparation: Make sure the bonding surface is clean and dry. Isopropyl alcohol is recommended for removing oil; rubber or resin surfaces must be primed first.
Component Installation: Avoid touching the adhesive when peeling off the release liner. When the ambient temperature is below 15°C, pre-heat the surface to improve tack.
Pressure Bonding: Apply 2-3Kg of pressure to expel air and prevent bubbles, achieving the best bond strength.
Shelf Life: 12 months in original sealed packaging stored at 10-25°C and 30-70%RH.
