The LXFP-256 Series is a liquid silicone foam elastomer specifically engineered for harsh industrial environments. Primarily used as sealing gaskets for electric vehicle (EV) battery packs, this product effectively reduces bumps and vibrations during vehicle operation while meeting the manufacturing demands of lightweighting, automation, and cost-efficiency.
Featuring excellent waterproof sealing, low specific gravity, high flame retardancy, and superior resistance to compression set, it wraps around the bottom or modules of power batteries to provide exceptional cushioning, anti-slip shock absorption, and thermal insulation. Lixing Composite Material provides rolls in various thicknesses, which can be precision die-cut into custom dimensions according to client requirements.
